Feeling Your Job Is Repetitive? Try Self-media!

Why Everyone Should Dive into Business

Seriously, everyone should start a business. Making money and going commercial can make a person progress fast. Or rather, it forces you to improve every day and find ways to grow.

A lot of people say their jobs are super boring, full of trivial, mechanical, and repetitive tasks with no new ideas. Well, guess what? Doing business, starting a self - media venture, or becoming an entrepreneur might solve some of your problems.

It's only some of the problems because there's no way to solve all of them. Running a business, starting a self - media project, or being an entrepreneur also involves a ton of boring, trivial, mechanical, and repetitive work.

For example, you have to set up your 'virtual stall' every day, post on social media like Instagram or Facebook, write articles, shoot videos, edit them, do live - streaming, make sales, add new contacts, and have private chats.

There are loads of repetitive tasks that you need to do daily. If you just can't stand repetition and can't keep going, you can either hand the work over to someone else or use tools to automate it.

But no matter what, there are always some things you can't avoid. That's why it can only solve part of the problem.

The Appeal of Business and Self - media

It can solve some problems because doing business, starting a self - media project, or being an entrepreneur means facing a ton of challenges, uncertainties, and unknowns.

You have no idea if the traffic - getting methods you find today will still work next month. You don't know if the strategies you come up with this year will still be effective next year or if you can make as much money as you do this year. You also don't know how the platform's policies will change.

All these unknowns are full of opportunities, challenges, and brand - new things.

If you really hate mechanical and repetitive work and love new things, new attempts, exploration, and have a strong curiosity and the courage to take on challenges, I really suggest you try self - media, business, or entrepreneurship.

But hold on. Is it really that simple?

Actually, it's not. A lot of people who hate repetitive work don't necessarily love new, unknown things or taking risks and exploring.

Not being able to stand repetitive tasks might just be because it's boring and you don't get any feedback. Most people, especially young people, love new sensations and new thrills.

If someone can accept repetition, maybe they really love what they're doing, or they're getting good feedback, or they have to do it, just like you have to go to work.

Ability and Choice

This brings us to two words: ability and choice.

Some people have the ability to choose to do what they like, to explore new things and make new attempts.

Some people don't have the ability or the conditions to do whatever they want.

There's no right or wrong, good or bad here, and it's not about fairness. You can only do what you're capable of.

It's like when people look for jobs. Their abilities don't match what they want, so they can never find the job they really want. They either have to accept reality and do what they can or improve themselves to have more choices.

A lot of people feel unfair and angry, and that's okay, but it won't change anything. Only taking action can bring about change. Most of the time, at first, the only person you can change is yourself. You might not even be able to change your friends, family, parents, or kids.

My Side - hustle Journey

Since I started exploring side - hustles, I've really learned a lot of skills, like public speaking, video shooting and editing, expressing myself, communicating, writing, selling, and socializing.

More importantly, I have a clearer understanding of the world. Understanding business can really help you understand how society works.
