How to Keep Outputting a Large Amount of Content Every Day
How to Keep Outputting a Large Amount of Content Every Day
The Question and the Answer
How do you manage to output so much and such long content every day?
The answers are:
- I've been writing for over two years.
- Write every day continuously.
- Write a lot and frequently.
- Think and write whenever you can.
- Vary your content for compound growth.
Let's break these points down.
I started continuous writing around 2023. At that time, I didn't produce much content. I only posted 1 - 2 updates on my social media, and I didn't write long pieces often.
At first, I participated in a 100 - day, 100 - word writing challenge. I didn't even dare to join the 30 - day, 1000 - word challenge because I wasn't confident I could write a 1000 - word article every day.
After writing continuously for about 8 - 9 months, I wanted to challenge myself to write longer content every day.
After successfully writing 1000 - word articles every day for a year, it became easier. My content - creating ability, topic - choosing ability, expansion ability, analysis ability, and output speed all improved significantly.
So far, I've been writing for over 600 days, and there have been various problems along the way.
Common Problems
For example:
- Running out of topics after writing every day.
- Exhausting my knowledge reserves.
- Feeling like I owe an article every day.
- Being too busy to find time.
- Being too tired to think, and 1000 words seem too long.
- Being away from my computer and typing slowly on my phone.
And so on.
How did I solve these problems? Well, I haven't really solved them. They still exist.
Solutions to the Problems
1. Topic - related Problems
There are two ways to deal with the lack of topics.
One is to build a topic library. Usually, collect interesting topics or find some benchmark accounts.
The other is to see everything as a topic. Any piece of information can be a starting point.
I do both. I often forward interesting topics to a group to collect them, and I also have some reference accounts to see what they post.
But the most important thing is the second method. Seeing everything as a topic is the key to never running out of topics.
2. Content and Knowledge Reserves
This forces you to input a large amount of information, do things, and have new experiences and growth.
If your growth lags behind, your content will suffer. This is almost an unsolvable problem.
3. Busy Schedule, Fatigue, and Lack of Computer
The time issue can be solved by squeezing out time and improving output efficiency.
For example, you can use voice - writing. You can write 1000 words in 10 minutes when you're proficient.
When I don't have my computer, I usually type on my phone or use voice input when there's no one around.
I also use AI to create an oral - optimization agent.
There are also agents for writing viewpoints and choosing topics according to your needs.
These problems are relatively easy to solve, especially after the emergence of AI. Many people use AI to reduce their output pressure.
Personally, I highly recommend using AI, but you need to know when to use it and when not to.
When it comes to personal thinking for your IP, it's better to write by yourself. AI can help you expand your ideas, but your own viewpoints and thinking are more valuable when you write them yourself.
As for some copywriting, orders, and viral articles, it's not a big deal.
Encouragement for Writers
Writing can't be rushed. Really, there's no need to be anxious just because someone else can output a lot. The truth is, no one is born a good writer.
I don't have any literary talent at all. I always just got passing grades in my composition classes.
I only do one thing: write down my thoughts. That's it.
Some people like my writing, and some don't. I can't control that.
If you write little or think your writing is not good, it doesn't matter. Start writing now and keep going. You'll be different in a year.
Just don't stop. Improve as you go, adjust and optimize according to user feedback and data.
